Hourly Rate

Our hourly labour rate is £70 plus VAT. For call outs we charge a minimum of 1 hour. Additional time is charged in 15-minute increments (most companies charge by the 1/2 hour) at the same rate. These prices exclude any materials used.

Out of Hours & Weekends 

Out of hour call outs (6pm - 8am & weekends) will incur a call out charge of £120 plus VAT. Following the first hour an hourly rate of £100 plus VAT (charged in 15 minute increments) will apply.

Boiler Service

We check inside and out for corrosion, sealing leaks and drips, £75

​

Gas Safety/Landlord Safety

Our registered engineers issue all the certificates you need to stay compliant, £75

Combined Boiler Service & Gas/Landlord Safety

Both services with a break on the price, £130

Central Heating Power Flushing

Up to 10 radiators, includes magnetic cleaning filters and all chemicals, £550

Up to 15 radiators, includes magnetic cleaning filters and all chemicals, £625

Up to 20 radiators, includes magnetic cleaning filters and all chemicals, £725
